The Prime Minister and 3 ministers in Kuwait receive the second dose of Corona vaccine



Kuwaiti Prime Minister Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled, Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs Anas Al-Saleh, Kuwaiti Minister of Health Sheikh Dr. Basil Al-Sabah and official government spokesman Tariq Al-Muzrim received today, Thursday, the second dose of the Coronavirus vaccine, according to Al-Qabas newspaper.


It should be noted that the Kuwaiti Prime Minister, earlier today, opened a new hall for vaccinations against the emerging (Corona) virus (Covid 19) in the exhibition grounds in Mishref area, and then he received the Kuwaiti Minister of Health Sheikh Dr. Basil Al-Sabah and the head of the Government Communication Center spokesperson The official name of the Kuwaiti government, Tariq Al-Muzrim, the second dose of vaccination


The Kuwaiti Minister of Health also announced that a special vaccination certificate will be granted to those who receive the second dose of the emerging corona virus vaccine (Covid 19) confirming that they have received the full vaccination.


The Kuwaiti minister added - in a statement to reporters today, Thursday, on the sidelines of the celebration of the opening of a new vaccination hall in the exhibition grounds in Mishref - that the certificate will be used as a passport at the airports that request it.


He denied the reports of a slowdown in the vaccination process in the country, noting that during the next stage, 1,200 people will be vaccinated daily, especially after the arrival of the second batch of the vaccine early this week.


He explained that about 20 thousand people have so far been vaccinated with the (Pfizer - Biontech) vaccine, stressing at the same time that the epidemiological situation in Kuwait is good.
